Kim brings a variety of industry experience to S&A. Having started in the A/E/C industry in 1987, she has worked for both large and small engineering, architectural, and environmental firms. She has provided both business development and marketing services in the industry and has a unique perspective on both sides of the house. Kim uses that experience to facilitate discussions on differentiation, strategic positioning, and branding. She has also served as a municipal township manager and brings budgeting and project planning expertise from an owner’s perspective.
She thrives on strategizing with clients to help them develop proposals and presentations that resonate with clients and allow them to put their best foot forward. Kim helps clients think through their challenges and develop marketing plans and strategies to align with market needs.
Kim is a 2025 graduate of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals Leadership Academy. Kim holds an AS in Business Management and has also participated in marketing and communication courses from Pennsylvania State University. Kim also holds a Master Planner Certification from the Center for Excellence in Local Government.
When not marketing for AEC firms, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband on their farm. With four grandkids, she loves attending their events and can often be found at a track meet, wrestling match, baseball game, or dance recital. She enjoys making new recipes to try out and never met a barbeque she didn’t like.
