Marketing Specialist
Remote:
Minimum Hrs / Week: 8
Maximum Hrs / Week: 32
We help architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms connect with the right opportunities—whether that’s landing new projects, refining their brand, or building a stronger business strategy. Our work spans everything from polished A3 proposals to full-scale website revamps, and we need a marketing pro who can bring fresh ideas, sharp execution, and a keen eye for what makes a brand stand out.
Your Role in the Bigger Picture
We’re looking for a creative, resourceful Marketing Specialist who can seamlessly shift between proposals, content creation, and brand-building efforts. You’ll own everything from social media to CRM updates, all while keeping marketing collateral polished and proposals compelling. If you love writing, refining, and making complex ideas digestible, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine persuasive proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations.
- Work directly with technical staff to translate industry-specific project details into strong marketing materials.
- Manage and update our internal CRM with client, project, and opportunity data.
- Keep the digital presence fresh—for us and our clients—by coordinating social media, email marketing, and website content.
- QA/QC graphics, print collateral, and trade show materials with the Art Team to maintain brand consistency and clarity.
- Organize and catalog project photography for marketing use.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience in marketing professional services (bonus points if it’s in AEC).
- Social media savviness—especially when it comes to LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Express) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confidence in presenting ideas, leading discussions, and interviewing technical staff to pull out the best project details.
- A knack for writing, editing, and proofreading with a microscopic eye for detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Insightly is preferred, Deltek Vantagepoint is a bonus).
- A solid understanding of website content management (WordPress, Joomla preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset—working remotely doesn’t mean working alone.
What’s in It for You
- The chance to shape the stories behind the industry—working with firms that design and build the world around us.
- Work that keeps you on your toes—no two days are the same, with a mix of fast-turn deadlines and deeper brand-building efforts.
- A team that thrives on strategy and creativity—we’re always looking for fresh ways to stand out.
- Flexibility that works for you—remote work that fits your schedule, as long as deadlines are met.
If juggling a little bit of everything sounds like your ideal workday, we want to see your resume.
